Bio: Shelly has served on the board since spring of 2005 as the Scheduler for CBA. She and her husband Bill have been actively involved with Colleyville Baseball since 2002 as assistant/head coach and team mom to their son Camron who has played in both the rec and travel team leagues. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas in a home with no brothers, Shelly picked up her love of sports from her father and grandfather who were sports enthusiasts for all of the Lone Star State teams. At a very young age she attended many TCU games and something must have clicked as she graduated from TCU during the exciting “Wackerbacker” days, becoming a die-hard “Horned Frog” for life. Shelly spends most of her days volunteering at her son’s school and for CBA. She has had several fun opportunities over the past few years as: room parent, grade level coordinator, hospitality coordinator, PTA copier, CBA board member and many occasions as team mom. She also enjoys being a substitute teacher in the GCISD and watching Camron play ball. What she does, she does for the kids, always giving 100%.

Board Director of Scheduling Duties Defined
Duties of the Board Director of Scheduling are defined as:

• To coordinate with President/City and Commissioner, the scheduling of the Colleyville City Park fields for play during both the Spring and Fall Seasons.
• The schedules are to be set up in line with established board policy and will take into consideration all recreational and travel teams. This individual will not be responsible for the scheduling of any tournament games on the fields.
  To communicate the completed schedule to all appropriate personnel including Director of Umpires and Director of Concessions.
• To reschedule make-up games and coordinate field reservation accordingly.
• To perform duties as assigned by the President.
