I have had the privilege to be involved with the Colleyville Baseball Association since 2002 where I served as a head coach in the Recreational, All-Star and Travel Team arenas. I was elected to the CBA Board in 2003 as equipment manager and served in that capacity until August 2006 when I appointed as Travel Team Director for the AA and AAA programs.
Born and raised in a small west Texas town, I enjoyed playing all youth athletics at a young age. In high school my interests turned to basketball and football. It was then that I developed my strong passion for football. I accepted a scholarship to play Football at Cisco Jr. College when I graduated high school. I then accepted a scholarship to Abilene Christian University where I finished my football career and graduated.
My interests in baseball grew when my son, at a very early age, found his passion in baseball. Watching him grow and his show of devotion to the sport I found myself focusing and learning more about baseball so that I could help him pursue his dreams.
I truly enjoy spending time with all of the kids in the CBA program and giving back to the community where my family and I live. I feel fortunate to be involved with a great organization that focuses on every child and helping them realize their dreams.
