Bio: Elected to the board Fall 2006, Rick has lived in Colleyville for 10 years with his wife and his two sons. Baseball is a family affair for the Rawlings household, with two boys that enjoy playing recreation and select baseball, in addition to a Mom that is a fanatic St. Louis Cardinal's fan. Baseball represent opportunities for life lessons, physical activity, socialization and self confidence. Rick feels strongly that volunteering for the CBA helps support and encourage children with youth baseball program. Rick is a Director of Information Technology for a national home builder based in Ft Worth. His position as Communications Director for CBA allows Rick to put his creative hobbies of photography, web site development and video production to use while giving back to the community that support his and other children of our city..

Board Communications Director Duties Defined
Duties of the Board Communications Director are defined as:

• Maintain and keep the www.colleyvillebaseball.com web site current with good information for the public at all times.
  
• To assist with the registration process as deemed appropriate by Director of Registration and Board.
• To perform duties as assigned by the President.
  
• To serve as a communicator/facilitator between the Executive Board and the Age Group Commissioners, Managers/coaches in their respective leagues.
• To recruit age group commissioners and to provide a list of age group commissioners for approval by the board.
